Over the last 4 years working as a certified massage therapist, I've developed a workflow that I like to call BODYWORK.
BODYWORK is a blend of various advanced manual therapy techniques, such as myofascial release, active release, assisted stretch, sports massage and the implementation of tools like silicone cups, scraping blades, and percussion guns. Every session is fully customized.
